伊犁河下游三角洲生态耗水研究

Abstract:

伊犁河三角洲是巴尔喀什湖流域重要的生态系统,其耗水也是影响巴尔喀什湖水量平衡的重要因素,研究三角洲生态耗水是巴尔喀什湖研究的关键问题之一.基于前人研究的部分成果及最新资料,结合统计学方法与4个年段的遥感解译资料,计算1936-2008年间的三角洲生态耗水系列,分析其年际变化规律,探讨中游卡普恰盖等水利水电枢纽建设、人为调控三角洲顶端径流大小及过程对三角洲生态环境的影响,分析三角洲耗水量与其顶端各月来水量的互动关系,分段论述了人类活动对三角洲生态环境的影响.结果表明,三角洲多年平均耗水量约为30.5×108m3,但年际变化较大,受1970年后人类活动的剧烈影响,三角洲耗水年际变化趋缓,灌区开发、卡普恰盖水利枢纽是三角洲耗水变化最为重要的影响因素,它们大大改变了三角洲顶端的来水量与来水过程,三角洲“河床阶段”与“湖泊阶段”的更替趋频,更迭期缩短,直接导致1970-1990年间三角洲生态系统的迅速恶化.限制开荒、建设反调节水库、制定和实施综合的水资源保护规程对三角洲生态系统的恢复十分必要.
