Wereport the use of the WuScope video system, a new tool for facilitating double-lumen endotrachealtube placement for one-lung ventilation, in a patient who suffered from ankylosingspondylitis with a stiff, flexed neck and limited mouth opening for his recurrent spontaneouspneumothorax.
