Adenocarcinoma Primario De Trompa Uterina.: A Propósito De Un Caso Y Revisión De La Literatura.

El carcinoma primario de trompa uterina representa el 0,18 % al 1,8 % de todos los tumores malignos ginecológicos, siendo la edad de presentación más frecuente, entre los 52 y 64 a os. El diagnóstico se establece durante la laparotomía que se realizó por una masa pélvica que se cree que depende de ovario o del cuerpo uterino. Debido a la rareza de la enfermedad no existen protocolos de tratamiento controlados, empleándose las estrategias de tratamiento para el carcinoma epitelial de ovario. El objetivo del trabajo fue presentar el caso de una paciente femenina de 38 a os la cual inició su enfermedad actual en el a o 1998 presentando dolor en fosa ilíaca derecha acompa ado de flujo y sangrado genital anormal; acudió al ginecólogo, el cual, establece el diagnóstico de tumor de ovario derecho, Se realizó laparotomía exploradora más histerectomía total con ooforosalpingectomía bilateral reportando, la biopsia definitiva: Adenocarcinoma infiltrante bien diferenciado de trompa uterina derecha, por lo que es referida a nuestro centro, donde se realizó laparotomía clasificadora, sin evidencia de lesiones macroscópicas, ni microscópicas. La paciente presenta un intervalo libre de enfermedad de 6 a os. Dado lo infrecuente de la patología se reporta este caso. The objective of the work was to present a 38 years old female patient who initiate her disease in 1998, presenting pain in right iliac grave, accompanied by flow and abnormal genital bleeding; goes to gynecologist, who settles down diagnosis of tumor of right ovary, more total hysterectomy makes exploratory laparotomy and salpingooophorectomy bilateral and reporting definitive biopsy: Adenocarcinoma infiltrative, well differentiated from right uterine tube, reason what for was referred to our center, where exploratory laparotomy was performed, without evidence of macroscopic or microscopic injuries. The patient presents a 6 years disease free interval. Given the infrequent thing of the pathology this case is reported.
