Speech compression and decompression using DWT and DCT

speech compression is the digital signal which is compressedby using various techniques for transmission. This paperexplains a transform methodology for compression of thespeech signal. In this paper speech is compressed by discretewavelet transform technique afterward compressed signal isagain compressed by discrete cosine transform afterwardcompressed signal is decompressed by discrete wavelettransform.
