HISTORICAL RECONSTRUCTION OF STATE INTERVENTION IN THE OFFICIAL

Water it′s one of the main factors involved in agriculturalproduction, this is way the users of this resource weredeveloping various ways of management that allow them tohave access to it in traditional way. After the greenrevolution, widespread during the second half of the XIXcentury, there is a break that modifies the economical formsof conceiving the water as resource for farmers as well asmanagers and technicians (Naredo, 1998: 65). In this sense,the present work has the objective to make a historicalreconstruction of how the state has been involve in theofficial control for the use and management of water in SanMiguel Xoxhitecatitla, Tlaxcala.
