Abstract:

In article the author’s organizational model of management by resource-saving activity at the enterprises of the food industry and an assessment of its efficiency on the basis of recommended system of indicators in the field of a materialosberezheniye, energy saving, an ekologosberezheniye and a trudosberezheniye is considered.
