The correct diagnosis of the kindof arrhythmia that produces the wide complex tachycardiais very important for the therapeutic and prognosis of thepatients. A bad schedule of treatment in relation with a baddiagnosis won’t fi x the clinical problem and it can producedeath of the patient. This article shows a typical case ofWide complex tachycardias and ask questions in relationwith diagnosis and treatment of this disease. It reviews theelectrocardiography diagnosis too.
