Abstract:

合成了直链淀粉 三(3,5 二甲基苯基氨基甲酸酯),涂于氨基丙烷化硅胶上制得高效液相色谱手性固定相,并利用该固定相对外消旋丙烯菊醇对映体进行了拆分。考察了流动相中异丙醇含量对分离效果的影响。
