A review is presented about brush type chiral stationary phase in high performance liquid chromatography chiral resolution, dealing with design, synthesis and applications, of various brush type chiral stationary phases (CSP). The advances of study of chiral recognition mechanism are introduced and the development trends of the brush type chiral stationary phase in the future proposed. Eighty four references are cited in this paper.
