Taking into consideration of the demand of sustaina ble development for environmental resources,this paper,by applying theory and pr actice of environment economics,gives an in depth analysis of the major problem s existed in the exploitation,utilization and management of the environmental re sources that are unsuitable for sustainable development.Based upon this,a trajec tory on China's environmental resources management strategy was proposed.
