The current resources education in China, which is still taken as part of geographic education, has not yet been formed into an independent subject to satisfy the needs for social development, hence reform is imperative. Students, upon understanding the specific relationship between resources and socioecological system, should get to know that the space constitute an essential portion of resources in socioecological system. They should be guided to know how to distinguish socio ecological space from general geometric space, to understand that the essence of ecoeconomy is the regeneration of resources, to developsense of resources competitiveness under market economic conditions, and to cultivate emotion and desirity in taking care of and participate in geographic construction.
