Abstract:
Superfine manganese phosphate conversion coating was prepared on the surface of 20Cr by phosphating.The tribological properties of the conversion coating under soaking lubrication were investigated on a MMW-1P friction and wear test rig.An X-Ray diffractometer and a scanning electron microscope equipped with an X-ray energy-dispersive were adopted to analyze the morphologies and compositions of the original and worn surfaces of the conversion coating.The results showed that the coating on 20Cr was composed ...
