Mathematical model of airplane longitudinal motion with a geometrical limitation

Abstract:
We study the mathematical model of airplane longitudinal motion with a geometrical limitation. At first, we deduce the generalized equation of the control system of airplane longitudinal motion on five-dimension sphere and show that the geometrical limit condition affects on control system of airplane longitudinal motion. Secondly, we discuss the local controllability and local observability of control system of airplane longitudinal motion with a geometrical limitation, and study the relation between the equilibrium state of control system of airplane longitudinal motion and the geodesic of the five_dimension sphere. These results give a theoretical foundation for further studying the design and realization of control system of airplane's large-scale motion.
