Robust Regional Pole Assignment of Uncertain Systems via Output Feedback Controllers
|
Abstract:
This paper is concerned with the design problem of the output feedback controllers that assign all the closed_loop poles in a prespecified disk for a class of uncertain linear systems. The uncertainty in the system model is norm_bounded. Using the linear matrix inequality (LMI) approach, it is shown that such a problem reduces to the feasibility of a certain LMI, and a construction of the desired controllers is provided in terms of feasible solutions to the LMI. The proposed results are applicable to both continuous_ and discrete_time systems.
