Overall Benefit Evaluation Model for Fault Diagnosis System

Abstract:
Performance of fault diagnosis system (FDS) based on different intelligent technology varies a lot in difference environment.How to evaluate and choose a suitable algorithm is key issues in FDS design.This paper put forward a theory of positive,negative and overall benefit in FDS,analyzed the main factors affecting the implementation effectiveness of FDS and designed an overall evaluation model.Applied in FDS design for car engines and aero-engine,the model shows high performance.
