Research on Knowledge Reasoning Technology in Emergency Command System

This paper, aiming at the urgent demand of timely and efficient function of auxiliary decision-marking in c- mergency management and command,from the angle of combining the intelligent technology and the industry applica- tion,made a research on knowledge reasoning techniques such as knowledge acquisition, knowledge expression and in- ference mechanism, then put forward the scheme of emergency command system based on intelligent auxiliary decision- marking. The application results in actual projections show the scheme is highly industrialized and self-adaptable and meets the intelligent demands in emergency command works.
