Research and Implementation of Medical Image Segmentation Based on Level Set Algorithm
基于Level Set算法的医学图像分割的研究与实现

Based on threshold segmentation,an improved Level Set method is presented.First,the original image is smoothed by using filter.Then the regions statistics of the current curve is found.Finally,the stop criterion of Level Set method is defined based on the statistical similarity degree of the regions.The experimental results show that this improved algorithm can enhance the automation of Level Set method and obtain better results.
