DCPC: Energy Conservation-based Topology Control Protocol for Wireless Sensor Network

The problem of topology control in wireless sensor networks is important for network connectivity and lifetime. An energy conservation based topology control protocol (DCPC)is presented in this paper. Compared to traditional LEACH protocol, DCPC protocol can impsove energy efficiency and prolong network lifetime significantly.
