The Analysis of Market Allocation Mechanism of Network Resource

In order to provide QoS to some extent, network must allocate corresponding resource to the application which has QoS assurance. Now, the resource allocation of network is mostly based on centralization, this paper analyzes some disadvantages of centralized allocation mechanism by means of microeconomics and introduces market allocation mechanism The later allocates the scarce network resource by using price leverage, so has Pareto efficiency and is prior to the former. At the same time,it is distributed and can be apply in network easily.
