Mission-based Organizational Adaptive Design Methodology Based on Granular Computing
基于粒度计算和面向使命的组织适应性设计方法

In this paper,mission-based organization and organizational design are introduced,and the cost of organizational adaptation is discussed.Then we propose an organizational adaptive design methodology based on granular computing.The three phases of this design process are proposed.And the approach to the first phase is investigated.The numerical example shows the better performance of our design methodology.
