Equivalence Closure Matrix and its Algorithm

Properties of fuzzy equivalence matrix is studied, and the theorem about equivalence matrix is developed, with the theorem the mistake proof in a new algorithm for computing the fuzzy equivalence closure of a fuzzy similarity matrix is corrected.
