Detecting straight line in myocardium fibers Image based on improved random Hough transform
|
Abstract:
To measure size of myocardium fibers by computer image process, random Hough transform was used to detect straight lines of myocardium fibers. Because of the irregularity of myocardium fibers, there was no strict straight lines in the image, so for standard random Hough transform sometimes the detection results were not right. The measures were adopted to improve this method. The first was filtering invalid points pairs by small rectangular windows; the second was replacing single mapping with fuzzy mapping. The result demonstrates this method can detect the straight lines of myocardium fibers rightly and this method also can be used to detent texture direction in the other irregular slice image.
