Ultra-wideband wireless communication system based on Chirp-BOK-DQPSK modulation

Abstract:
In order to solve the low efficiency problem of Chirp-BOK modulation, this paper proposed UWB wireless communication system based on Chirp-BOK-DQPSK modulation. Analyzed and validated the BER performance in AWGN channel, and investigated the reason of inter-symbol interference in multipath channel. Simulation had been done to compare the performance of Chirp-BOK-DQPSK-UWB with Chirp-BOK-UWB and Chirp-BOK-DBPSK-UWB in IEEE 802.15SG4a CM1 and CM7 channel. The simulation results show that the system can efficiently improve the transmission rate with some reduction of the BER performance.
