Application of genetic algorithm in power transmission temperature monitoring system

Abstract:
Power transmission system often happen outage fire accident which cause huge economic losses because of the high-voltage contact overheating. Wireless sensor network technology will be applied to the high-voltage contact with the temperature monitoring system.When the temperature is anomaly,the monitoring personnel will receive the alarm information immediately. For the problem of the energy limited in wireless sensor networks, using the improved genetic algorithm for energy optimization to make the whole energy consumption of the sensor networks tend to be optimal. MATLAB simulation results show that the improved genetic algorithm has better optimum effect and overcome the local optimum. Ensure the energy optimization of the wireless temperature monitoring system in power transmission.
