Application and research of non rigid medical image registration algorithm
一种非刚体医学图像配准算法应用研究

Rigid registration is unable to meet clinical needs in many cases,because many deformations are non-rigid and non-linear. This paper proposed a new registration algorithm which combined the point restriction of thin-plate spline with mutual information. It performed the global registration and then refined the result using the mutual information. Experiment proves that the algorithm can obtain a good registration results.
