Product Design Technology and Application Based on Series Configuration Principle
基于系列化配置原理的产品设计技术研究*

On the basis of analyzing Tabular layouts of article characteristics, a kind of new product design technology is put forward based on Series Configuration principal. Product development process based on series configuration is analyzed. Storing technology which product configuration and process plan configuration is saved in the same configuration table is studied, a feature extraction algorithm from CAD product model is put forward, part working procedure simple drawing automation generation technology is studied also. Take engine valve as specific research object, COM model of engine valve product design system is designed by using UML. On the basis of the COM model and Solidworks CAD platform, a prototype system is realized by using Visual C++6.0.
