Resolving Multi-objective Location Problem Using Evolutionary Programming

In the reality,the construction of the public fundamental establishment,such as a market,factory and hospital and so on,the first thing faced is the location problem.The background of this paper is the location of a new market in the university city of ChangQing.An improved evolutionary programming to solve this problem and the feasible solution are provided.It's the basis for the decision.
