Fast Fractal Image Coding Algorithm Based on Characteristic Value
基于特征值的快速分形图像编码算法*

Based on the affine parameter of the fractal image coding algorithm,the relations among range blocks covariance,contrast scaling s and MSE are discussed.An algorithm of characteristic value is given according to the study of the contraction characteristic of fractal image coding and the value of contrast scaling s.Experimental results show that the coding time is decreased obviously and the compression ratio is improved.
