The complexity of GMP and GSP management in the Quality Management subsystem of ERP in a pharmaceutical Enterprise is analyzed in this article.The thinking of dynamic configuring test plan and atom item is proposed.And standard management of test process is realized with Sybase SQL Server and two technologies about dynamic data window and OLE2.0 control of Power Builder.Then a new method is developed for the electronic management of GMP,GSP.
