Development of high efficiency compound probiotics for water purification
|
Abstract:
The orthogonal-design experiment was applied to screen optimal mixed proportion of photosynthesis bacteria(Rhodopseudomonas sp.),Bacillus subtilis and denitrifying bacteria(pseudomonas sp.) under the simulated conditions to get a high efficiency compound probiotics for aquaculture water purification. The results showed that the optimal combination of photosynthesis bacteria(2×109 CFU/mL),Bacillus subtilis(8×108 CFU/mL) and denitrifying bacteria(8×108 CFU/mL) was 1∶2∶1 in volume which in favor of dissolved oxygen increasing and COD,ammonia nitrogen, nitrite and nitrate removal. The validation test results indicated that the water could be effectively purified by the compound probiotics and the effect exceeded the EM,complex bacillus and control, such as the dissolved oxygen content of the treatment was significantly higher than that of the EM and complex bacillus. At the 5th day the degradation rate of COD was 95%,significantly better than that of the EM(66.3%) and complex bacillus(47.9%),at the 7th day the ammonia nitrogen, nitrite and nitrate were reduced by up to 70%、89% and 56%,respectively.
