Effect of organic modifiers on extraction of organochlorine pesticides in water
|
Abstract:
Effect of organic modifiers on extraction of organochlorine pesticides(OCPs) in water was first studied by liquid-liquid extraction(LLE) and solid-phase extraction(SPE).The results showed that adding organic modifier to water sample increased extraction of OCPs by SPE,while decreased it by LLE.The schemes for optimization of organic modifiers by SPE were studied by orthogonal design. It showed that the additional volume played a more important role than the kinds did.Adding 1% methanol into water sample, the extraction was the best.
