Per-treatment of transfer station wastewater by anaerobic baffled regulation pool: A pilot scale research
|
Abstract:
A Pilot scale anaerobic baffled regulation pool was established at a transfer station. It was used for leachate per-treatment. Transfer station leachate has a high concentration of organic pollutants, severe variety of water quality and low pH. COD of anaerobic baffled reactor effluent can reach to about 25 000 mg/L stably while inflow COD was 50 000~80 000 mg/L. TN removal rate was 30%~40%, TP removal rate was 70%. Anaerobic baffled regulation pool has good impact resistance and operation stability under low pH. Integrated measures were taken after acidification.
