Photoconductive THz Source and Its Research Advance

The THz science is a new subject developed in recent years.Its key technologies include the generation and detection of THz waves.In this paper,the radiation mechanism of a photoconductive THz source and the advances in this research field are presented and the development trend of this science is analyzed in brief.
