Surface Leakage Current Mechanism and Passivation of Hg1-xCdxTe Photovoltaic Detectors
Hg1-xCdxTe光伏探测器的表面漏电流机制及其钝化

Surface leakage can make a great effect on Hg1-xCdxTe photovoltaic detectors. In order to reduce the surface leakage, the appropriate passivation must be selected. In this paper, the mechanisms of surface leakage are given and the current status of passivation is presented.
