EXCITON PHOTOCONDUCTIVITY SPECTRA OF Hg 0.6 Cd 0.4 Te
Hg0.6Cd0.4Te的激子光电导谱

Photoconductivity (PC) spectra of Hg 0.6 Cd 0.4 Te were reported. Discrete PC structures of bound excitons at the low energy side of absorption edge were observed for the first time.
