EFFECTS OF DISPERSANT COREXIT 9527 AND ITS MIXTURE WITH CRUDE OIL ON THE ORGANISM IN AN ENCLOSED ECOSYSTEM
分散剂及其与胜利原油的混合物对海洋围隔生态系内浮游动、植物的影响

Effects of dispersant Corexit 9527 and its mixture with crude oil on the organism in an enclose ecosystem were investigated in Xiamen harbour during May 23 to June 6,1986. During the first 11 days of the experiment, the abundances of phytoplankton and zooplankton were significantly inhibited by the mixture, while Corexit 9527 alone had no influence on the organism except inhibited the development of herbivorous copepodas to some extent. After the eleventh day of the experiment, a bloom dominated by Nitzschia closterium occurred, corresponding to a decrease of salinity and an increase of temperature.Changes in the abundances of bacteria and flagellates during the experiment are discussed.
