Color Properties of Glass-infiltrated Alumina All-ceramic Dental Composite

Abstract:
CeO2,Fe2O3 and Er2O3 were used as colorants in alumina infiltration glass system.The pigmented infiltration glass was prepared and then infiltrated in pre-sintered porous alumina,the reflecting spectra and color parameters of glass-infiltrated alumina composite were measured by spectrophotometer,and the effects of different colorants content on the color properties were investigated.Experimental results showed that CeO2 could endow the composite with yellow value,Fe2O3 could endow the composite with red val...
