Abstract:
Production of 2-phenylethanol by bioconversion was performed in a two-phase system composed of water and polypropylene glycol.The molecular weight and adding volume of polypropylene glycol,shaking speed for cultivation and concentration of L-phenylalanine were investigated to improve the productivity of 2-phenylethanol.The bioconversion process was carried out in a 5 L fermentor.The results indicated that the optimal conditions for 2-phenylethanol production in two-phase system were as follows:polypropylene...
