CORROSION AND PROTECTION OF COLD ROLLED STEEL PLATE IN HUMID ATMOSPHERE

By analyzing systematically the reasons of corrosion and rust of cold rolled steel plate in humid atmosphere,it is put forward to use both oil and vapor phase inhibition to solve the serious corrosion problem on the surface of steel plate caused by partially covered anti-rust oil.In the paper,the design of the vapor phase anti-rust oil DZL was elaborated,and the properties of touching inhibition and vapor phase inhibition were evaluated by corrosion test in humid atmosphere and by vapor phase anti-rust test.In addition,the vapor phase inhibition was also studied and clarified by electrochemical methods.
