EFFECTS OF ADDITIVE ON ELECTROPLATING OF AMORPHOUS Cr-C ALLOY
添加剂在电沉积非晶态Cr-C合金工艺中的作用

The role of organic additive in electroplating process of amorphous Cr-C alloy were studied. The results show that additive is not only decisive component of making amorphous structure but also can improve electric efficency of Cr electroplating. Furthermore additive has remarkable influence on stability of electroplating solution.
