Failure analysis has been made for a tube sheet of a condenser with X-ray diffractometer, scan electron microscope(SEM),optical microscope, and chemical analysis.Failure of the tube sheet was caused by sulphuric-acid dew corrosion.Measurements of improving are also proposed.
