The influences of pH value and the concentration of NaNO3 on the phosphatizing performance for A3 steel were studied by electrochemical methods. It has been observed that the pH value isan important factor in phosphatizing process. However, the suitable concentration of NaNO3 could im-prove the kinetic process during phosphatizing.
