APPLICATION OF A SPECIAL ANTICORROSION PAINT FOR DEAERATOR WATER TANK IN THERMAL POWER PLANT

Abstract:
The anticorrosion of deaerator water tank is a very important issue in thermal power plant.The authors developed special anticorrosion paint for deaerator water tank by a series of tests.The paint has good performance in heat-resistant,water-resistant and steam-resistant.Furthermore,the paint has strong adhesion with the substrate without cracking and breaking off during survice.The paint has been used for 12 deaerator water tanks successfully,it has been proved to meet deaerator water tank operation condition in practice for more than 6 years.
