QUANTUM MECHANICAL EFFECTS OF A MESOSCOPIC CIRCUIT

The charge and current quantum zero-point fluctuations of an active RLC circuit with squeezed vacuum state are given, and the quantum noise of this circuit at absolute zero temperature is derived.
