DIELECTRIC BEHAVIOR OF COMPLEX PEROVSKITE LEAD CALCIUM TITANATE CERAMICS
|
Abstract:
(Pb0.5Ca0.5)TiO3(PCT) ceramics was synthesized by conventional POwder processing techniques. After long time annealing at 1000t, the dielectric behavior of both samples as sintered and annealed were inveStigated. The sample annealed showed less frequency dispersion (ATO), but more diffusiveness in the FE-PE phase transition (b). Microstructure analysis revealed that there are three kinds of superiattice-1/2{111}, 1/2{110}, and 1/2{100} coexisted in(Pb0.5Ca0.5)TiO3, ceramics and the ordering dead increased by long time annealing. The results suggested that frequency dispersion may be affected mainly by the ordering degree and the average size of ordered micredomains, while dosed phase transition may be ichuental by she distribution Of ordeal domains, local chemical inhomogeneity, defeCts etc.
