FATIGUE BEHAVIOUR OF Y_2O_3-ZrO_2 CERAMICS UNDER ALTERNATING STRESSES
Y_2O_3-ZrO_2胸瓷在循环应力作用下的疲劳特性

The S-N curves of three Y_2O_3-ZrO_2 ceramics were measured.Parametersused to characterize subcritical crack growth in the ceramics were calculated and were usedto plot failure prediction diagrams of the ceramics.The experimental results shown that thestress corrosion exponent(n) of the ceramics is not related evidently to their fracturetoughness K_(1c).
