An Image Compression Algorithm for Circle Shaped ROI
一种圆形感兴趣区域图像压缩算法

Circle shaped region of interest(ROI)is studied and corresponding mask formulas are deduced.The set parti- tioning in hierarchical trees(SPIHT)algorithm is improved for circle shaped ROI.Experimental results show that the presented formulas and algorithm are practical and effective.
