The Geometric Interpretation and the Computation of Complex Structured Singular Value:Two-Block Case

In this paper, we give a geometric explanation of complex structured singular value for two block case using the geometric approach, and then proposes a method to compute it. Our approach is to computes the true value of structured singular value instead of its upper bound or lower bound.
