Scientific research activities, with their advantages as well as their disadvantages, are now becoming the most important factors of the development of human society. The contents and the frontiers of scientific research freedom shall be appreciated and clarified by law. Law aims at protecting and enlarging scientific research freedom, rather than limiting or depriving it.
