The proper application of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium fertilizers could compensate the inhibition effects of crop growth and yield by drought-stress, improve the plant physiological function, and increase water use effi ciency. The application of coupling of water and fertilizer could sufficiently take advantage of the fertilizer effects, save water and get high yield.
